Chad works with a strong belief that everyone who wants to be a homeowner, should strive to be a homeowner. Chad has spent 20 years in the real estate industry serving buyers and sellers, along with turning over several fix and flip properties of his own. As an owner of rental properties and an active fix and flipper, Chad can uniquely assist his clients with above and beyond topics such as, would this property make for a good investment property or, I would take out this wall to open up your house and this is how much it will cost.

Earlier in his career, Chad earned his MBA and worked for Comcast for just short of 20 years in a business analytics role (while also working part-time in real estate). The use of those analytical skills is beneficial to pricing and house comparable analysis. Chad is happily married to his beautiful wife Alyson and they have 5 children ranging from 14 to 24 years old. Chad's hobbies are playing golf and playing and coaching flag football.
