About Amber Jones

A Colorado native and longtime Northern Colorado resident, Amber Jones brings deep local knowledge, more than two decades of real estate experience, and a relationship-first approach to every client she serves. Amber grew up in Evergreen and moved to Fort Collins in 1995 to attend Colorado State University. She began her real estate career in property management in 1999, spending more than a decade managing residential and commercial properties before becoming a REALTOR® in 2013. She has been a licensed Colorado real estate broker since 2006.

Today, Amber helps buyers and sellers throughout Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and the surrounding Northern Colorado communities navigate everything from a first home purchase to a move-up, downsizing, relocation, or sale of a longtime home. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she combines strong negotiation and market knowledge with a calm, straightforward approach that helps her clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

For Amber, real estate has always been about more than the transaction. Many of her clients become longtime friends and return to her for their next move—or refer their friends and family. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and believes exceptional service means being responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and fully invested from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Having called Fort Collins home for more than 30 years, Amber genuinely loves the Northern Colorado lifestyle. Outside of real estate, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, running, paddle boarding, snowboarding, camping, hiking, traveling, or simply enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.
