About Alaina Daugherty

Alaina, originally from Indiana, made the move to Colorado after years of visiting and seeing what our beautiful state has to offer. She realized what an amazing life you could create here and decided she wanted to help others do the same. This led her on the path to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2021, and since then, she has been dedicated to helping her clients navigate homeownership - one of the most important decisions someone can make in their life. 

Before transitioning into real estate, she built a career in hospitality, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and the ability to have compassion and understanding for individuals’ needs. These skills have transferred directly into her real estate career and can be seen in the way she prioritizes trust, honesty, and authenticity in her relationships, and in her ability to create tailored experiences in an industry where personalization is especially important.  

She ensures her clients have all the education and resources they need to feel informed and confident every step of the way. Additionally, she specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers by providing extra support as needed so they feel empowered throughout the process. She is looking forward to a long career in real estate so she can continue helping people achieve their dream of homeownership!
